What is COMMITTEE ON PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT SYSTEMS (CPSS)

A committee of banks from the G10 countries that monitor payments and build a stronger market structure . It was started in 1990 and its headquarters are hosted in the Bank for Internation Settlements.
